Product Pricing and Availability:
Product pricing and availability are current at the time of site update. Interstate Safety reserves the right to change pricing or product lines at any time. To verify pricing and availability please contact our Customer Service Department.
Payments to Interstate Safety can be made by the following methods;
Terms are NET 30 days and are F.O.B. shipping point to open accounts with established credit terms and current payment history. Credit applications may be obtained by contacting our Customer Service Department.
Internet, printed catalog and/or quoted prices do not include sales, use or similar taxes, all of which shall be paid by the purchaser when applicable. Tax exempt customers/accounts are required to provide verification and a certificate will be kept on file.
Interstate Safety ships F.O.B. from all its warehouse locations with the exception of factory direct shipments. Shipping charges are pre-paid and added to invoices along with a minimum handling charge at the time of shipping. In the case of additional handling charges such as hazardous materials shipments, those charges will be added to the invoice at the time of shipping as well. Interstate Safety reserves the right to route all shipments unless specific arrangements have been made at time of order.
Please inspect all orders and items for shipping damage and or shortages upon receipt of goods. In the case of a discrepancy of any kind please contact our Customer Service Department immediately.
Return Merchandise Authorization:
Please call Interstate Safety to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and shipping instructions before returning any merchandise. Interstate Safety reserves the right to assess a restocking charge for any goods, and any incurred freight charges. All returned goods must be in new and salable condition. If you receive products that are defective and or are not what you requested, Interstate Safety will correct the problem at no additional cost to you. Some special order/custom items may not be returnable.
Interstate Safety wants you to get exactly what you need – the first time! Our Customer Service department encourages questions and can provide you with technical information, product literature and a factory contact if needed. In the event that something goes wrong, you have our promise to correct the situation to the best of our ability. Remember—“We are not satisfied until you are!!!”
