Display necessary information to identify hazardous chemicals and materials. This section contains placards, HMCIS labels, SDS/MSDS centers, signs, tags, GHS labels and training products, and much more. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 29 CFR 1910.1200 Standard is commonly known as the "Right-to-Know" standard. Compliance to this standard requires employers to develop a comprehensive program for the presence of hazardous chemicals in the workplace, and to protect employees by providing them with the necessary information to properly handle hazardous chemicals. In 2012, OSHA revised its Hazard Communication Standard (HCS) 29 CFR § 1910.1200 to align with the GHS. Employers are required to train employees on the new SDS format by December 1, 2013 and be in full compliance with the revised SDS format requirements by June 1, 2015. We offer a full offering of solutions to meet GHS compliance requirements.
